This policy explains what personal data Topup Bros collects and how we use it. The store is operated by Topon (Thailand) Limited registered at 111/34, Moo 6, Bang Kaeo, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan 10540, Thailand which is responsible for your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name if you give one, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider).
- Order details: what you bought, the game account details you entered (such as user ID and server), the email address you gave at checkout, prices, coupons used and the order's status.
- Wallet and coupons: your store-credit balance and history, and the coupons in your account.
- Messages we send to your account inbox, and whether you've read them.
- Technical data: IP address and basic device information in our server logs, used for security and to fix problems.
Why we use it
- To deliver your orders and show you your order history.
- To run your account, wallet, coupons and messages.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- The game and gift-card providers that fulfil your order receive the account details needed to deliver it.
- Our hosting and sign-in providers (Amazon Web Services) store and process data for us.
- Cardlink, our payment provider, which processes your card payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for 5 years, as required by law. Account data until you ask us to delete your account. Server logs for up to 720 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@topon.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority in Thailand.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language and currency, and local storage plus one cookie to remember your country/region. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
